The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
Cancellation Policy:
Order Cancellation: Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.
Cancellation Process: Customers must contact customer service to request order cancellation.
Refund:
We will reimburse the amount you have paid in no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your request for order cancellation. We will use the same means of
payment as you used for the order.
If the order has already been shipped, you may need to follow the returns process upon receipt.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 10 days.
- Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
- The seal of the container of the product must be intact.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
- Non-Refundable Items: Some products may be non-refundable due to safety or regulatory reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Returning Goods
Defective or Damaged Products: Customers can return products if they are defective or damaged during transit. They should notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order, providing photographic evidence of the damage.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Refund:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue
a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Hazardous Materials: Special procedures may apply to the return of hazardous materials. Customers should contact customer service for guidance.
